Fruit growing
and viticulture of South Russia
Genetic Resources, Cultivar, selection
The method of ecological and genetic evaluation of fruit cultures adaptability, that takes into consideration the genetic diversity and individual features of varieties reaction on the meteorological factors of environment in the various periods of development, is presented.
The new apples genotypes combining the high quality of fruits with stability to abiotic and biotic stress-factors of environment are allocated on the basis of selection on a phenotype in the combination with identification of target signs by method of molecular DNA marking and biochemical methods of research.
There was carried out the selection of the best apple-tree varieties of winter maturing period for effective use in the adaptive horticulture. On the results of assessment the immune to scab variety Florina was admitted as promising for that purpose.
In the agric and ecological conditions of Russia South the most adaptive roto clones of Aligote grapes are allocated. The difference between proto clones resistance to abiotic and biotic factors of planting environmental are established.
Physiology and biochemistry of plants
The results of hardiness evaluation of new apples varieties of different ripening to early and late winter frost, after thaw, under Kuban conditions are analyzed.
The stability of grapes types of different origin to the complex of the abiotic stress factors of summer period of Anapo-Taman zone is studied. On the basis of determination of anatomical-morphological and physiological and biochemical indexes it is established that the hybrids of Euro-American origin possess the combined stability to the stress factors of summer periods.
Mineral nutrition of plants
The results of evaluation of response of apple varieties to additional mineral nutrition are considered in the article.
Data on efficiency of application of foliar fertilizing of potassium and silicon helats in the technologies of grapes cultivation are advanced. The increasing of the average weight of grapes and sugar content are observed. The activating effect on the stability of grapes to grey rot is revealed.
Phytosanitary condition of plants
The improving methods of express evaluation of cherry fruit resistance to Monilinia cinerea Bon. Monilia fructigena West. with use of statistic approach, allowed to find the most difference between varieties on resistance to disease, is presented.
The results of evaluation of the field stability of stone-fruit cultures to the harmful objects and the optimal protective systems are presented
It is revealed the varieties stamples steady to powdery mildew, which are a qualitatively new origin material, promising for use in breeding.
The results of study about the hazelnut varieties resistants to virus disease of unknown etiology in the Krasnodar region, that is manifested as chlorotic ring spots of leaves are presented .
The features of the application of microfocus X-ray in viticulture to determine the degree of defeat of grapes seedlings wood of vascular necrosis.
Manage environmental and food safety
The possibility of determination by the methods of high effective liquid and gas chromatography of fungicides residues in the ampelocenosis ecosystem is shown. Presented methods can determine with high sensitivity the fungicides and their metabolites that more toxic than original drug.
Publishing of young scientists and postgraduates
The modern trends of environmental paradigm of design culture of small garden landscape are considered in the article.
